Casa de la Bella Flor

Yanque is a colorful village in the Colca Canyon, where you can find many accommodations for all types of travelers. It is characterized by its small streets and the beautiful mountainous environment that surrounds it. Children come dance in the square in the morning as visitors enter the town and then regular tranquility returns that is hard to find elsewhere. There are no taxis here, everything is close and it is nice to walk since the scenery is lovely everywhere you look.

Para llegar al pueblo de Yanque hay que tomar un bus desde Arequipa a Chivay (capital de la provincia de Caylloma), el viaje dura 3 horas y cuesta 12.00 nuevos soles. Llegar a la terminal sólo en la ciudad de Chivay y tomar una pequeña Mototaxi movilidad llamada (cobrado alrededor de 1,00 nuevo sol) a la terminal de automóviles que van a Yanque. El ticket tiene un costo de 1.00 nuevo sol hasta la Plaza de Yanque.Para llegar tiene que seguir por la calle del Museo de Yanque y de la Munipalidad segir de frente tres cuadras y luego voltear a la derecha una cuadra, dar vuelta a la izquierda y llega a la Casa de la Bella FLor.

To reach the village of Yanque, you have to take a bus from Arequipa to Chivay (capital of the province of Cailloma). The trip takes about 3 hours and will cost 12.00 nuevo soles. Once you reach the only terminal in the city of Chivay, you can take a small taxi called a Mototaxi (which charges around 1.00 nuevo sol) to the terminal of cars that go to Yanque. The ticket has a cost of 1.00 nuevo sol to the Plaza de Yanque.

From here, you can walk to the accommodation. From the plaza, you can see the Casa Museo and walk down the same street this building is on. Walk for two blocks and then make a right. Then, walk for one block and make a left and you will see Casa de la Bella Flor.
